Ischemia with nonobstructive coronary arteries (INOCA) is a condition that is caused by reduced blood flow to the heart without blockages in the major blood vessels of the heart. This is usually due to coronary microvascular dysfunction or coronary vasospasm, which can be very challenging to diagnose, leaving patients with ongoing symptoms.
